Ownership

The app, website, branding, logos, the First Edition trade dress, and platform code are the exclusive property of MR LISTER LLC. You own the comics, storylines, and characters you create from your own photos; we claim no ownership over your finished digital or physical comics.

Respecting others' rights

Don't upload photos or request artwork that copies third-party characters, artwork, logos, or other protected material you don't have rights to. Generated content that infringes third-party rights may be removed under this policy.

DMCA takedown notices

If you believe content available through the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent containing:

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed;
Identification and location of the allegedly infringing material;
Your name, address, telephone number, and email;
A good-faith statement that the use is unauthorised;
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act;
Your physical or electronic signature.
