By using Multiverse Comic Creator ("Service"), you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent where you live) to use the Service, and at least 18 — or have a guardian's permission — to make purchases. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use.
You represent that you own or have express permission to use every photo you upload. Photos of a minor may be uploaded only by the minor's parent or legal guardian, or with that guardian's express permission. You grant us a limited licence to process, store, and — for products you order — print your photos and generated content, solely to provide the Service.
Don't upload or generate content that is unlawful, sexually explicit, exploitative of minors, hateful, harassing, or that infringes anyone's rights. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these standards. Every generated image can be reported in-app; reports are reviewed and actioned promptly, and abuse records are retained (in de-identified form after account deletion) for safety purposes.
Comics, art, dialogue, and 3D models are generated by artificial-intelligence models and are provided "as is". Outputs vary; likenesses are artistic interpretations; similar prompts can produce similar art for different users; occasional generation failures are retried or refunded in credits. AI content should not be relied on for factual accuracy.
Printed comics (Lulu Press), sticker packs (Printful), and 3D figures are custom-manufactured. Orders are final once production starts. If an item arrives defective, damaged, or materially different from the preview you approved, contact support within 30 days and we will replace it or refund it. Shipping estimates come from the fulfilment partner and are not guaranteed dates.
You own your uploaded photos and the comics, characters, and stories you create. We own the app, brand, and the "First Edition" trade dress. We may showcase generated artwork in marketing only with your permission.
You can stop using the Service or delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of Section 3, fraud, or abuse of the Service (including automated or bulk generation abuse).
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law does not allow to be limited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA. Before filing any claim, contact us — most issues are resolved in one email. Disputes that can't be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts of Oregon, unless your local consumer law grants you a different venue.
